A one-day Orientation Programme for teachers was conducted on 27th May 2026 at the school premises. The programme aimed to prepare teachers for the new academic year and enhance their professional skills. The session was led by Resource Person Sr. Mary Felicia SMMI, who shared valuable insights on effective teaching practices, professional ethics, classroom management, and the role of teachers in shaping young minds in 21st century. The programme began with a welcome address by the Principal Sr. Philo Jacob, followed by interactive sessions that encouraged active participation and discussion among the teachers. Various topics such as lesson planning, student-centered learning, discipline, communication skills, and fostering a positive learning environment were discussed. Teachers actively engaged in the sessions and benefited from the practical guidance and motivational inputs provided. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to Sr. Felicia Mary for her inspiring and informative sessions.
