“Plant a Tree Today, Protect the Earth Tomorrow” Good Shepherd School Celebrated World Environment Day on 5th June 2026 with great enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility towards nature. The programme was organized in the school hall, The celebration began with a prayer and a special message highlighting the importance of protecting and preserving the environment. Various activities were conducted for both children and parents to create awareness about environmental conservation and sustainable living. The Principal, Sr. Philo Jacob, addressed the gathering and encouraged everyone to adopt eco-friendly practices in their daily lives. She emphasized the importance of planting trees, reducing waste, and keeping the surroundings clean for a healthier future. As part of the celebration, saplings were distributed to parents and members of the public. Awareness was also created about the importance of greenery and environmental protection.
